Drive Angry was one of the most overlooked badass action movies of 2011 with so much anger, badass scenery, reckless driving, and epic explosion scenes. The reckless driving, anger, badass epic explosion scenes, and badass scenery. There is so much violence in this movie that is epic as fuck and quite esoteric. Not to mention explosive. This entire movie is fueled by high octane and pure rage. In fact, the entire theme of this movie is centered around violence. The RV fight scene transitioned perfectly into the road rage scene fueling the rage of this movie even further past the edge.

The way her GTO muscle car broke down while the speedometer drops to zero due to an overheated engine, just less than 2 minutes later, added even more to the drama in a dramatic manner which leads Piper to shout “Aw, motherfuck!” after driving recklessly down the road while singing the song Peaches – Fuck The Pain Away.

Nicolas Cage nailed his role as a hardened felon perfectly. Not only that, he proves to be a reckless driver who does not give a single regard about life when he is on the run. He does not care about who or specifically what he endangers when he is driving on the road. The method of driving he uses is quite precarious and dangerous.

The way Milton awakens in a church and shoots his way out was badass, violent, and epic. He singlehandedly annihilated a group of people with just a few shots from a pump shotgun. This just goes to show how much of a badass Nicolas Cage is. This was one of the more violent scene of Milton in the movie.

Milton has to come in and give her boyfriend a proper well deserved beatdown. Her boyfriend sounds like one messed up guy who rightfully deserved the brutal beatdown given to him by Milton. That beating her boyfriend received was a priceless moment in the movie.

These were her boyfriend’s words that lead to Milton to give her boyfriend a well deserved beatdown in such a violent manner adding more fire to the fire in terms of violence in this movie. “You don’t wanna be with me? Fine. When I’m done nobody’s gonna wanna be with you. Ever.” Her laughter becomes a hysterical fit.

The hydrogen bomb scene was one of the most explosive scenes in the movie filled with action and drama. This was the scene where Piper and Milton are on the run from law enforcement. (Along with Jonah King following them.) The Accountant (William Fichtner) opens up a path for Milton (Nicolas Cage) by using a hydrogen fuel truck to blast away all of the police cars in the barricade creating an explosive scene on the spot.

I rate this movie 5/5*****!
