Review: Steal Vybe ‎– Electronic Arrangements EP

Steal Vybe ‎– Electronic Arrangements EP gives electronic music a breath of fresh air by using different styles of electronic music such as deep house, tribal house, techno, or ambient. This EP was released on vinyl by West End Records in 2005 and released on online for streaming in 2017. The EP was remastered in 2013.

Techtronic is a techno oriented Steal Vybe song. The song uses an array of funky electronic synths, warm deep bass, and techno beats. The song is similar to background music from a video game. Imagine playing one hard intense level on a video game.

The song Algorhythm (Here Comes the Sun) gives electronic music a breath of fresh air by using different styles of electronic music such as deep house and tribal house. This song leans more towards the sounds of tribal house. Afrocentric percussion and drums are used such as congas, bongos, djembe, and timbales. A jazzy horn sample is used. The piano and synths are what give the song a calm sound.

Odyssey is driven by a kick drum and angelic electronic synths. The song is an electronic instrumental soundscape laced with funky bass lines. Perfect for a lounge or dance floor.

I rate this EP 5/5*****!!
